                                                            Quality Specialist

A child of athletes, granddaughter of naturopaths and biohackers — modern names for a traditional way of living in connection with nature. I am an empath, philosopher, yogi, and an all-around athlete. I love seeing the results of my efforts just as much as I love closing the door to my practice and disappearing into the forest with my wolf, Koda.

Why am I so obsessed with functional health?

Because if it didn’t work — if I were constantly sick or exhausted — I couldn’t run my own business and would have to go back to employment.

Running a business is a bit like a sport. And every athlete knows that without proper nutrition and recovery, you simply don’t get results.

From early childhood, I have observed the behaviour of people, animals, and nature. I feel more at home in nature than in the city. I have lived across all social classes — yes, all of them. It helps me better understand the needs and expectations of everyone I come into contact with.

I have worked with the healing power of herbs and touch all my life.

And now, seriously…

Has conventional dental hygiene really solved your dental problems permanently?

The way this service is provided around the world today is, in my opinion, not truly functional. It is often superficial and temporary. It encourages clients to return to the dental office far too frequently because the treatment addresses what is visible, while overlooking what lies beneath the surface.

Without proper examination, diagnosis, and an individually tailored treatment plan — with a strong focus on understanding the principles behind truly clean and healthy teeth — we cannot achieve lasting results together.

And that takes TIME.

This is why I created a modern, calm practice where there is enough time for precise, gentle treatment and subsequent education. The goal is to understand what actually helps accelerate and stabilize results, so that over time, you need to visit the practice less often.

If you have had negative experiences with dental hygiene and think it is pointless, painful, or simply a waste of money, you are exactly the kind of client I work with.

You can expect a peaceful practice tucked away in a Prague courtyard, where I work with both hand instruments designed for minimally invasive treatment (MIT), as well as ultrasound and Airflow with heated water for sensitive teeth.

At the end of the treatment, I use HAP toothpastes or gels based on essential oils — all non-toxic and edible.

I work with the idea that “the mouth is not a floor.”

Toothpaste is not a detergent for cleaning, and a toothbrush is not a broom for scrubbing surfaces. :)

I look forward to sharing some AHA moments with you in the dental chair!
